support@royalarm.caPlease note that to be eligible for the prize, you must use our Royal Arm strap (Purchase below). If you choose to use a different strap and still qualify, you will be listed but will not be eligible to claim the prize.
Rules
Place the weight on a scale or show the weight in the same video.
Keep the forearm parallel to the floor.
Loop the strap around the thumb, ensuring it is perpendicular to the floor.
The elbow should not rest on top of any part of the body.
The lift counts once the weight lifts off the floor with pronation engaged.
The angle of the arm should not be straight.
