RETURN POLICY

-ALL orders that contain a discount of 15% or more are FINAL SALE. The policy below does not apply to these orders.

The Royal Arm team is committed to providing you with the highest quality products and customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) along with the order slip (Order number on the tracking label) to us in original new condition along with packaging intact within 30 days of order placement. We will issue a refund (excluding the delivery charges)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot accept liability for parcels damaged during transit so we advise you to send the package back to us in a safe manner.
