Shipping policy

Turn Around Time (TAT):

We usually fulfill orders within 3 days after a purchase. We can make changes to the order anytime before it is shipped, as well.

Afterwards we will not be able to.

Shipping Information:

With regard to shipping times, it could be up to a fortnight(two weeks) dependent upon the carrier. We ship with Canada Post, FedEx, UPS and Canpar. The tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped. If a shipment is lost, we will immediately ship the replacement or fully refund the customer.

Free Shipping Policy:

Our Shipping policy guarantees free shipping for all orders that are located in Canada. However, there are a few exceptions to this guarantee. Yukon, The Northwest Territories and Nunavut are not applicable to this guarantee as the shipping rates far exceed the typical rates for the Provinces. Outlier cities also may not be applicable for free shipping. A separate fixed shipping charge $29.99 CAD applies to all orders shipped within the United States. To see if your location is applicable, please contact our support email and they will decide based off of average shipping costs of a similar distance to a major city. Our free shipping policy does not apply to Black Friday Bundles, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the area, please check with our staff for the shipping rate information specific to your address.
