We strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our clients by offering complimentary expedited shipping. However, there are certain exceptions to this service. Free shipping is not applicable to select areas such as the Northwest Territories, including Yukon and Nunavut, where shipping rates exceed the standard provincial rates. Additionally, due to the weight of our products, some states may incur overweight charges.

Regarding shipping times, deliveries typically range between 4 to 10 business days, depending on the carrier selected. We utilize FedEx, UPS, and Canpar for shipping services. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of completion. In the event of a lost shipment, we will issue a full refund to our customer.
